One of the largest and well-known charities in the UK within their field. They work closely with communities and businesses on awareness as well as prevention.
This role is Hybrid with some time in the Maidstone office.

Essential Skills and Abilities:
Outstanding written and spoken communication skills for engaging fundraising prospects, volunteer fundraisers, and community groups, conducting public speaking engagements, and crafting compelling marketing materials.
Innovative thinking with previous experience generating creative ideas.
Numeracy skills, understanding how to calculate fundraising ratios and measure the financial performance of fundraising initiatives. Minimum of a good pass at GCSE or equivalent in Maths.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills to attend to project details.
Sensitive and professional approach towards colleagues and service users, maintaining confidentiality.
Willingness to recognise limitations of skills and knowledge and seek support from the line manager when necessary.
Self-starter with the initiative to move activities forward and research other charities' community/corporate and events strategies.
Ability to prioritise effectively and manage a large and varied workload.
Excellent IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, internet use, and database skills.
Ability to travel across the service area and work some unsocial hours.
Desirable but not essential:
Demonstrated experience in delivering a profitable fundraising strategy and conceiving, planning, and implementing successful fundraising initiatives, including risk assessment.
Understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, Institute of Fundraising s Codes of Conduct, Fundraising Regulator guidelines, and Gift Aid regulations
