As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the contractual aspects of our property development projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and project objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage contract administration processes, including change orders and claims management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and disputes.
• Monitor contract performance and financial aspects of projects to optimize investor returns.

Qualifications and Skills:
