I am looking for a Repairs Surveyor to join a supported housing provider on a 3 month contract. The Repairs Surveyor will be responsible for day to day repairs surveys across 20 schemes. This role does require travel across the West Midlands and into Gloucestershire on the rare occasion.

Repairs Surveyor duties:

Carry out general day to day surveys of the schemes
Obtain quotes from contractors
Ensure compliance records are all up to date

What is required for the role:

Experience carrying out repairs surveys
Experience working in Social Housing, Care Schemes or Sheltered accommodations
Experience obtaining quotes from multiple contractors
