We are looking for a Commis Chef to join a stunning caf , located on a clifftop, we are surrounded by spectacular views

This is a great oppoutunity to join a prestigious business with plenty of scope to develop further.

Key Information:
Salary: 10 per hour
Location: Barton On Sea
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 5/7 days, finish at 5pm Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs & Sun - cooking until 8pm Friday and Saturday so finish at 9pm.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food preparation
Preparation of fresh quality dishes with good quality ingredients locally sourced.
Preparation, cooking and presentation of food to agreed standards.
Help with preparation of food items and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen
Work alongside the kitchen team

Required skills include:
A basic understanding of produce and ingredients
Experience in the kitchen
Basic knowledge of food production methods
Embrace new ideas and processes
Positive and approachable manner

In order to be successful, you'll need to have:
Experience working in a similar environment
Ability to follow instructions
High Standards of hygiene
