Assistant supervisor

Our growing food processing client in Downham Market is seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:

• Oversee a team on the production line, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Maintain high-quality standards through regular checks and adherence to procedures.
• Motivate and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Liaise with production supervisors to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines.
• Complete essential paperwork and maintain accurate production records.

To be Successful:

• You'll have previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (ideally within food production).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• A strong work ethic, ability to prioritize tasks, and a commitment to safety are key.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: GBP12.08 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
