My client is recruiting for a Property Manager to manage a large portfolio of properties. They are looking for someone that has in-depth knowledge of property management rules and regulations.
- Set and collect rent and other fees from tenants.
- Maintain accurate financial records for the property.
- Regularly inspect and maintain the property.
- Address tenant complaints promptly.
- Arrange for repairs and coordinate with landscaping and snow removal companies.
- Handle tenant screenings and evictions.
- Enforce occupancy rules and regulations.
