Terms: Permanent Contract - Early/Late shift 7-4/10-7
Call out 1 in 3

Salary/rate: Salary is paying 46,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements: Mechanical Qualifications needed consist of the below -

City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical/Plumbing Engineering
Mechanical AP - Desired
Legionella Awareness - Desired

About the role:
We are looking to take on board a strong Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover a High-End Commercial Environment in Bond Street, they are looking for a reliable Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the team and company, reporting to the Site supervisors of the site.

Commercial Plumbing
Mechanical plant room checks
Pumps
PPM schedules
AHU's
Boilers
Pipe Fitting
Candidate requirements:
The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
The ideal candidate has bundles of experience as an Mechanical maintenance engineer and within the facilities maintenance industry.
Strong building services background.
At least three years' experience in an Mechanical/plumbing Maintenance engineering position
