Hrs; Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Work from home Monday and Friday

Role & Company
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a scientific treatment business for a Sales Executive to join the company. The position is to work within an established team and use a consultative sales approach to sell different products and services to business clients.

The role is office-based Tuesday to Thursday with home working on Monday and Friday. On offer is a basic salary of 30,000 depending on experience with un-capped commission ( 35,000 to 40,000 OTE).

The main duties of the Sales Executive are:

" Make initial contact with key decision makers and build a business relationship.
" Use a consultative sales approach to identify suitable products and services to meet customer needs.
" Listen and understand the client's needs to ensure a tailored solution.
" Make quality appointments to meet clients when required for Sales Manager/Senior Sales
" Effectively manage diary and sales pipeline of prospects Provide proactive account management to current clients to maximise spend.
" Produce quotes and orders when required.
" Conduct research actively and be up to date with the latest industry news and regulations.
" Accurately log all correspondence and keep the CRM system up to date.
" Self-source new leads

As the successful Sales Executive, you will have the following skills/experience;

" B2B/B2C sales or new business development experience is essential for the role.
" Must have solid experience selling products, not services.
" A high work ethic and have the ability to bounce back positively from rejection.
" Excellent organisational skills
" Strong verbal and listening skills coupled with a professional telephone manner.
