In this role you will also strive to support their partners and customers in making informed and impactful changes to their business to help reduce their carbon footprint and create a more sustainable future for the next generation. The Internal Account Manager will be an enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious individual who would like an opportunity to build their career. You will be joining a team of fellow Internal Account Managers, analysing data from bills and using the CRM system to prepare reports on comparing energy prices for B2B customers and maintaining a healthy relationship with our clients. Key responsibilities: * Analyse billing data * Prepare proposals to compare energy prices from a variety of energy suppliers * Liaise with customers where required * Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders * Develop an in-depth understanding of the energy market * Develop an in-depth understanding of a variety of CRM system reports and dashboards. * Hold weekly 'update' calls with key internal stakeholders * Prepare opportunity reports for key internal stakeholders Skills and experience required: Educated to degree level (Although not essential) OR have some experience in B2B sales (business to business) Numeric and analytical Ability to solve detailed problems and use own initiative Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner Does this role sound like you?
