Contracts Manager Nottingham Social Housing Refurbishment Permanent £50,000 - £55,000 + Car allowance Company Overview: A dynamic and growing property services company operating nationally from 5 offices. With a headcount of over 150 colleagues, they operate across a large commercial and government-funded client base, delivering cyclical & planned maintenance and refurbishment works. They have an outstanding reputation for service delivery. Your Role & Responsibilities: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager within social housing maintenance. This role will manage refurbishment contracts, with a 1 million contract value. It will involve all aspects of contracts management, from initial enquiry through to completion. Based in the Nottingham area, working on Kitchen and Bathroom, roofing, and one-off projects. Responsibilities will include- * Ensure high levels of Health and Safety performance and Customer Satisfaction is achieved on all projects. * Lead and implement contract mobilisation as well as arranging equipment and materials for contracts. * Manage contracts to ensure that business plan targets and key performance indicators are met or exceeded. * Arrange and lead client meetings to review contract performance and take appropriation action required. * Find effective solutions to any contract issues and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders. * Implement quality management to ensure projects are delivered to specification with zero defects at handover. * Collate project construction phase plan and any other contract documentation that is required. * Ensure contracts are completed to programme, client satisfaction is maintained, and profit margins met. * Assist with the pricing of tender documents, quotations, schedule of rates, bill of quantities and quality submissions. * Assist the Business Development Manager and sales team to identify opportunities to meet sales and business plan targets. * Assist and support all Company initiatives such as customer care and corporate social responsibility. What you need to succeed * Contract management: 3 years (preferred) * Full Driving licence is essential.
