As a Teacher of Biology, you will play a vital role in inspiring students to explore the intricacies of living organisms and ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Craft and deliver engaging Biology lessons designed to inspire and motivate students. Facilitate hands-on experiments and investigations to deepen students' understanding of biological concepts. Guide students in applying scientific knowledge to analyse and solve real-world biological problems Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing personalised support as required. Cultivate collaborative relationships with colleagues to foster a positive learning environment. Forge strong connections with students, parents, and external stakeholders. Requirements: Previous experience in teaching, curriculum planning, and monitoring student progress (QTS not mandatory) A genuine passion for working with students, particularly those who may benefit from additional support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to spark curiosity and critical thinking in young minds. Demonstrated flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude. The embrace diversity, and value experience and dedication over formal qualifications. Qualifications Required: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification & teaching experience.
