Electrical Maintenance Engineer Monday to Friday – 07:00 – 16:00 and 10:00 – 19:00 Paddington Salary: £45,000 Package: Company Perk Box, Death in Service x3 and Overtime Alice Rose is currently partnered with one of the largest M&E providers in London, and due to their on-going growth, they are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their maintenance division. The successful Electrical maintenance engineer will be based in Paddington at one of their prestigious commercial buildings. You will be required to undertake planned and preventive maintenance, as well as reactive maintenance to the infrastructure of the building. You will become an integral part of the existing team. Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties: * To identify and diagnose faults and to carry out repairs, adjustments and other maintenance works as appropriate. * To undertake other reasonable duties as requested by the Building Services Manager or Engineering Supervisor. * To achieve the highest possible standard of plant and equipment efficiency by ensuring that each task is carried out in accordance with the set requirements and instructions. * To adopt a flexible approach in respect of other skills or trades to ensure the most cost-effective completion of all tasks. * To be thoroughly familiar and comply with the Company’s “Health & Safety” policy and procedures and to immediately report any hazards or infringements to either the Building Services Manager or Engineering Supervisor Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements: * Full time apprenticeship in an electrical or Building Services HVAC discipline complete with City & Guilds 236 part 1 & 2 certification, Level 3 or equivalent. * Previous experience working in a modern building services maintenance environment, and able to demonstrate basic understanding of building services. * 18th edition (Desirable) * To have an enthusiastic and positive attitude. * The post holder is required to be always tidy and presentable. * Be able to work as a team member and to communicate effectively at all levels
