Clinical Pharmacist - Private Hospital Location: Norwich Position: Clinical Pharmacist    Service: General Hospital Care: Pharmacy Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 per annum (Band 7 ) negotiable depending on experience Hours: Full time or part time hours Contract type: Permanent About the role: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Norwich. This would suit either someone from a hospital background or a community background wanting to learn and move into a hospital setting. Duties and responsibilities You will be working as a Clinical Pharmacist and you will be responsible for the following; Access the health and well-being of patients Working with patients who's needs may be complex and changing within the context of their medicines Plan, deliver and evaluate the pharmaceutical care to meet the patients health and well-being needs Plan, monitor and evaluate the movement of medicines Lead other members of the team Establish and maintain communication with various individuals Modify and structure data, computer records and stock management documents. Who we're looking for GPHC registration-  your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions Eligibility to live and work in the UK At least 1 years UK experience post-graduation Experience working within a hospital setting desirable Experience of applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient requirements.
