Requirements: * Previous experience in a customer service or complaints handling role is preferred. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathise with customers. * Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Knowledge of the construction industry and relevant regulations is desirable but not essential.
