Your new role * Providing BMS control system maintenance, service, and repair to proactively and responding to reactive works. * Suggesting technical solutions focused on energy saving initiatives and sustainability. * Monitor and assure the environmental controls within the building / specialist areas * conform to the required specifications and tolerances. * Responsible for equipment and services inspections, testing, planned maintenance, * modifications and fault finding. What you'll need to succeed * A recognised apprenticeship and/or qualification in Electrical, HVAC or building services related discipline. * Minimum of 2+ years of BMS monitoring and controls experience. * A professional but friendly approach focused on providing high levels of service delivery. * Requires an in-depth knowledge of BMS including Schneider or struxureware .
