About The Role Are you a skilled fishmonger, someone with fishmonger skills either behind a fish counter or in a professional kitchen? Do you have a passion for preparing, filleting, flavouring and presenting all kinds of fish to an impressive standard? Do you have a naturally helpful and friendly style, enjoy meeting new people and going above and beyond for customers?
