The Group operates 76 homes in England and Northern Ireland under three brands, Runwood Senior Living, Sanders Senior Living and Kathryn Homes (Northern Ireland only). We are looking to enhance our client experience by adding two Customer Liaison Co-Ordinator’s to our Customer Care team. What you will be doing: This will be a telephone-based role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails from the public on behalf of the homes. You will be dealing with enquiries ranging from information about particular care homes to family members booking visits to the home. You will need to co-ordinate with the Care Home staff to facilitate any requests from clients. You must be confident taking speaking on the telephone & able to remain calm in difficult situations. The successful applicant will: Have a strong customer service background. Able to work unsupervised. Have a confident, empathetic telephone manor. Able to work well under pressure in a busy role
