Cnc Press Brake Operator

We are looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to set up and operate power press machines to bend, form, and straighten metal plates and sheets according to specifications. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of metalworking techniques, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately. Responsibilities: * Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and straighten metal plates and sheets. * Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine the specific requirements for each job. * Select and install appropriate dies, tools, and fixtures onto the press brake machine. * Adjust machine settings such as ram and back gauge positions, as well as the pressure and speed controls, to achieve the desired bend angles and dimensions. * Monitor machine operations to ensure workpieces meet quality standards and specifications. * Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts as necessary. * Inspect finished parts for defects and make any necessary adjustments to ensure they meet quality standards. * Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of metalworking techniques and press brake operations. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders. * Familiarity with various types of metal materials and their properties. * Excellent attention to detail and quality standards. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
