Business Development Manager


Company Our client is a global healthcare company specializing in lifesaving medicines and technologies. They offer a wide range of products, including IV generic drugs, infusion therapies, biosimilars, and clinical nutrition products, along with the medical devices for administering them. The company has a large global workforce with over 300,000 employees. Job Role Title: Business Development Manager (London & South-East) Reports to: National Sales Manager (NSM) within the Parenteral Nutrition (PN) team Department: Parenteral Nutrition (PN) Responsibilities Promote our client's PN product range and supporting services to key customers in hospitals (secondary care setting). Develop and implement business plans and strategies for both our client and competitor key accounts. Collaborate with the NSM and marketing team to create successful sales strategies for your assigned key accounts. Attend industry events (seminars, exhibitions, meetings) as instructed by the NSM. Maintain a deep understanding of your customers, accounts, services, changes in the PN market, and relevant clinical developments. Qualifications (desired) Life science degree or equivalent experience Clinical/technical background in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales or the NHS ABPI accreditation (a UK recognized accreditation for pharmaceutical representatives) Business acumen Teamwork skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
