In Return You’ll Receive: A starting salary of up to £22,000 and a great commission scheme Laptop and phone A company car scheme Private healthcare plan Excellent training and support Work from home options Company holiday incentives Quarterly team days out (all expenses paid) A welcoming team of supportive individuals Access to a comfortable kitchen area and an inhouse gym A day off yearly to do voluntary work An easily accessible office with free parking Early finish on a Friday  Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients Cold calling potential clients to gain new business and better understand their needs Attending regular client meetings Working in partnership with clients to fill all given vacancies As a specialist recruiter, you will advise clients on the candidate market and any key trends Using a company database, job boards, adverts, and social media to source candidates Regularly meet with candidates to discuss their experience, preferences and needs Developing trusting relationships with candidates through offering support and honest advice Providing excellent aftercare to placed candidates and their employers.Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 35 hours a week with an early finish on a Friday. Required Skills & Experience: To be considered for this role you must have a genuine interest in building relationships with both your candidates and clients Have up to a maximum of 2 year’s experience in either recruitment or sales experience You will be a confident communicator both verbally and written Ideally, you will be a graduate ready to start a career that offers realistic progression opportunities Naturally, you will be a resilient person who has both drive and ambition to succeed To succeed in recruitment you will be self-motivated and able to work often to tight deadlines.
