Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage mechanical contracts on multi-million-pound projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. * Collaborate with project teams to plan and coordinate mechanical works, ensuring compliance with project schedules and budgets. * Oversee the procurement of mechanical equipment and materials, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers while maintaining quality standards. * Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and challenges, and implementing effective mitigation strategies. * Work closely with the commercial department to review project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports, ensuring projects meet commercial objectives. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment. * Provide technical guidance and support to the project teams, resolving technical issues to ensure the smooth execution of mechanical works. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
