Account Manager


Pyramid8 are working with a well-established, training services company that specialise in apprenticeships within early years settings. They were founded over a decade ago, and due to business growth, they are now seeking an experienced Account manager to work within their efficient sales team. Your duties will include building & maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, following up on warm leads that are generated from the Marketing Team. You will be required to support clients in setting up apprenticeship accounts, ensuring the process runs smoothly. This includes completing all administrative tasks around the setup of apprenticeship accounts, ensuring all systems are up to date, checking documents & agreements are completed, and passing these onto the enrolment department. You are expected to keep up to date with your knowledge of the training services they provide, to optimise the promotion to clients. This role will be suited to someone who is from an Account Management or Business Development background, who is confident telephone Customer Service. Experience within an educational setting is favourable. You must be target driven and have a track record of working towards targets. In return, you will receive 25 days + bank holidays, with an additional day per year of service up to 28 days. You will receive an addition holiday day for your birthday and a Christmas shopping day. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, salary of £22K - £24K dependant on experience with a realistic OTE of £30K, with uncapped commission
