Customer Service Administrator


We are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team on a permanent basis located in Cannock.

As part of the Customer Service Team, the role will involve:

  • Managing & responding to incoming calls, emails and online chat queries
  • Managing order portals ensuring all information is kept up to date
  • Developing product & technical knowledge to ensure a high quality service is provided and all queries are dealt with in a timely manner

Previous experience/skills required:

  • Customer service/account management experience
  • An excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly
  • Experience in handling technical/product related queries
  • A friendly and helpful attitude
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office

Working hours:

  • Monday to Thursday 08:30 -17:00
  • Friday 08:30 - 16:45
