SERVICE CHARGE ACCOUNTANT

HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM - 5:30PM

LOCATION: GRAVESEND

SALARY: UPTO 40K DOE

A fast growing well established company based in the heart of Gravesend are looking for a Service Charge Accountant it is essential that you have property service charge and accounting experience.

Duties

• Prepare statutory and service charge accounts for residential & commercial properties
• To upload service charge budgets
• Liaise with external auditors
• To raise service charge invoices to tenants

Skills

• Good knowledge of ARMA and RICS regulations
• Experience of client accounting software
• High level of concentration, accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to prioritise and multi-task
