Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm

My client is looking for a candidate with ideally some background In Service Admin/Fleet Admin experience to join their small team as the Scheduler/Administrator.

You will offer Operational Support, Roster Engineers, create job cards, and manage the email inbox. You will be working with a small team of male engineers, and will need to take charge deligating jobs.

The role is fully office based, offering 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Other responsibilities will include:

Scheduling platform hire

Lola compliance for hire equipment

Lola compliance for fleet vehicles

Workshop scheduling and communications

Contacting vehicles for service scheduling

Invoicing hire
