Project Surveyor

Looking for a Project Surveyor to join a leading Property Services contractor based in Streatham on a Permanent basis carrying out Planned Maintenance works

We are after an experienced Commercial professional who has knowledge and understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost management.

Responsibilities:

• Control financial aspects of the contract including:
• Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts On-boarding of sub-contractors/suppliers Ensuring value for money
• Manage day to day cost control, monitoring and reporting Process. As well as sub-contractor requests for payment via application.
• Attend project and company related meetings Ensure timely cash flow management
• Maintain & develop professional relationships with clients

What we ask from you:

• Degree or other technical qualification
• Minimum of 5 year experience in a Commercial environment
• Ideally have experience with a main contractor or a large Property Maintenance company
