Facilities Manager - Cardiff Bay - Permanent
Working for a large and internationally renowned Facilities Management Company - this is an amazing career opportunity that would suit an experienced Facilities Manager or FM assistant manager looking to take the next step in their facilities management career.
Role will be primarily based on site - however the option to work from home on some days during the week is available
Main Purpose of role
To manage the delivery of hard and soft facilities services in an ultra modern, state of the art building in Cardiff Bay, establish and maintain excellent working relationships with the on site client, taking full responsibility for the implementation of compliance, health and safety, ensure the efficient completion of planned and reactive tasks by the hard services maintenance team and soft services teams, comply and maintain agreed service level agreements and other general hard and soft services facilities management duties.

This is an incredible job opportunity that would be perfect for an experienced facilities manager or FM assistant manager with hard services experience and some soft services FM experience in commercial buildings.
