Sales Support Coordinator


An ambitious and hard working Sales support Administrator is needed by our client, the go-to name in Music and Entertainment technology.
You will be supporting the Sales Support Executive in doing their daily work
and sharing responsibilities of the wider Sales team ultimately supporting the EMEA Head of Sales from their funky London offices(Office presence once a fortnight, rest of the time work from home)

You will help in the reporting and collating of information looking at market trends and patterns from data. Working with sales management to prioritise business and information needs and develop new ways to collect data from customers

Some of the key areas of responsibility will be:
Collection, reporting of sales and market related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity and results.
Supporting with key accounts including their Amazon account in-line with the key-account managers assisting with all administration tasks around such accounts, including management of their Amazon portal.
To closely cooperate with the Country and Distributor Managers, the post holder will focus on achieving company growth ambitions.
Working on the CRM system for sales, ensuring the correct data is entered in the system. Implementing new processes as and when required by the business.
Sending out quarterly rebate reports to country and regional managers or as and when requested
Sending out rebate letters every quarter ensuring that customer targets are stated.
Raising sell through credit note requests every quarter for specified dealers.
Responsible for the logistics of Point Of Sale material for company dealers, collecting information from the country managers where to roll out new Point Of Sale displays.
To act as a link between the UK back office and sales teams.
To create and improve standardised reports and dashboards to improve visibility for the Country and Distributor Managers.
To help develop standardised tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency
Sending out new pricelists and monitoring sales actions for the sales teams by attending forecast meetings.
Informing dealer network when new models are announced and discontinued.
Help collect, evaluate and report market and business data to increase sales productivity
Share information from the sell through figures with sales team and applicable departments, ensuring the the data submitted is as requested in the rebate letters
Generate ad-hoc reporting for Sales, Marketing, Business Planning and Product Management.
Help improve the sales reporting between all countries.
