Caddy Group are looking to speak to Technical Coordinator's for our client based in Rochester, Kent. This is a full time office based role with the opportunuity for site visits and meetings.

Facilitate collaboration among the design team for design and build initiatives.
Develop and oversee a schedule of key milestones for the timely acquisition of necessary information.
Generate design schedules to facilitate timely completion within construction deadlines.
Oversee document management processes throughout project lifecycles.
Evaluate revised drawing specifications upon receipt, and communicate changes to production and commercial teams.
Liaise with building control authorities to submit drawings for review and approval.
Check subcontractor drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications before initiating procurement processes.
