Our valued client based on the Birmingham Business Park, are seeking FIVE experienced Customer Services/Call Centre Operators to join their team on a permanent basis.
Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
The Customer Services/Call Centre Operator x 5 will play a massive part of our client s team, operating within a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate database records, and delivering first-class customer service to their clients.

The Customer Services/Call Centre Operator x 5 MUST have experience in dealing with a high volume of INBOUND & OUTBOUND calls. They must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
