Helpdesk Advisors required for a leading facilities management company. The business look after a large customer base, from banks to retail to government offices. The Company put their customers at the heart of everything they do and are keen to hire a team of people who are passionate to deliver 1st class customer service. You'll be the initial point of contact between the business and their customers. It'll be up to you keep clients updated, handle their issues, and ensure their requests and queries are dealt with professionally.
This role would suit someone with a helpdesk, call centre or contact centre background and offers a competitive salary of 25,500pa, rising to 26,750pa after 3 months!
