Position Overview: The Field/Event Marketing Manager will manage end-to-end execution of field marketing events and digital campaigns. This role requires a proactive approach and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing successful field marketing events, including third-party sponsorships and agency coordination.
Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing programs beyond physical events, such as webinars, email campaigns, and direct mail initiatives.
Collaborating closely with sales teams to drive demand generation and achieve pipeline building goals.
Creating and optimizing metrics-driven marketing plans, delivering insights on ROI and program effectiveness.
Executing multiple marketing programs concurrently, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Fostering strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably within the software industry.
Proven track record of managing successful field marketing events and programs.
Fluent in both English and French, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
Strong analytical skills to optimize program performance and measure impact on pipeline generation.
