HR Officer


My client within the manufacturing sector, based in Ledbury, is recruiting for a HR Officer on a Permanent basis. Whilst this role is based in Ledbury, it will require some travel to its sister site in Evesham where mileage will be covered but you will require your own transport. Reporting to a HR Manager, you will be responsible for all HR Functions across the two sites Some of the main functions of the role include - Manage the full Recruitment process - Manage the training process - Mange holidays and absences - Provide Disciplinary/grievance advise to line managers - Ensure HR policies are adhered to across the business - Produce HR reports for Senior Management - Support payroll as required As a suitable candidate you will offer the following - Previous experience in a similar role - CIPD qualified - Good IT skills - Excellent communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels - An ability to remain calm under pressure - Self-motivated The salary on offer is up to 37,500 Keywords HR, Human Resources, Payroll, Disciplinary, Grievances, Recruitment, CIPD
