Based out of the Runcorn area, site timber frame erectors required for a new build modular residential property manufacturer.

It is essential that applicants have experience across single and multi-storey builds and must also be flexible and available to work away at different sites around the UK where accommodation will be provided.

As a site timber frame erector, you will: -

• Assemble and erect timber frame panels, structures, trusses, fascia, soffits, floors and other works to drawing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.

We are looking for a site timber frame erector with: -

• A proven background of erecting/ installing a variety of timber frame or modular build residential properties.
• A minimum of 5 years relevant site installation experience within the carpentry/ joinery industry.
• Essential candidates are NVQ trained to level 3.
• Own tools required.
• Current CSCS card as a minimum.
• UK driving licence.
• Availability to work across the UK.

This is a permanent position with a basic salary of GBP32,000.

Daily subsistence allowance whilst away.

Accommodation provided whilst away.
