Bookkeeper


Role: Bookkeeper

Location: Bolton

Salary: up to GBP40,000

Our client based in Bolton is looking for a bookkeeper with a minimum of 4 years' experience working within an accountancy practice. Your duties as a bookkeeper will include;

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Preparing and processing invoices and payments
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Preparing and filing VAT returns
  • Maintaining financial records, including ledgers and journals on Xero, QuickBooks and Sage
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a bookkeeping role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UK accounting regulations and legislation
  • Experience using Xero, QuickBooks or Sage
