Management Accountant - 3 month contract - Inside IR35

Parity Network are recruiting on behalf of a leading Utilities organisation based in Scotland who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant for a 3 month period. This is an Inside IR35 opportunity paying up to GBP200 per day.

Ideal candidates for this role will either be immediately available or with a notice period of 1-2 weeks. Candidates will be required to travel to their offices within the Central Belt a minimum of 1-2 times per week with the rest working hybridly.

Key duties for this role include:

• Provide regular financial reports to track and monitor financial performance regularly to business teams
• Support business teams in the planning and setting of financial targets for business plans, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Provide variance analysis for monthly board and management team meetings and reports
• Develop analysis to enhance understanding of both operations and whole life project costs
• Carry out Post Implementation reviews and lessons learned reports for the Management Team
• Assist with billing queries ensuring income is regularly reconciled, invoices are approved and any debts closely monitored.

Direct experience as a Management Accountant is required for this role. Accountancy qualifications are preferred but not essential. Candidates must be Scotland based and happy to travel to offices within the Central Belt of Scotland when required.
