Quality Data Admin Assistant


Our client is a precision engineering company currently seeking a Quality Data Admin Assistant to join their team in Hailsham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the quality department

The main requirements of your role will be:
  • To prepare and file Quality documentation packs for customer and internal records
  • Check accuracy and completeness of documents
  • File documents in both physical and digital storage
  • Effectively interact with colleagues
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to
Key Accountabilities:
  • Meeting targets and deadlines
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Organising and maintaining office files and documents
  • Resolving problems efficiently and professionally
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Proven experience in an administrative/data entry role
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Detail orientated
  • Proficiency in computerised office systems
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices

Previous exposure working in a manufacturing and assembly organisation desirable.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
