Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Cost Planning, Contract Administration, Estimating, Procurement, and Project Management.
• Operate both independently and remotely, with a target-driven mindset.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Engage with clients directly, necessitating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Location & Flexibility:

• You must be based witin 1 hours drive of Hove
• Enjoy the flexibility of working from home or our Hove office, with the requirement to visit sites across East & West Sussex.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred.

Pay Rate:

GBP300-GBP350 per day depending on experience.
