A snapshot of your peer group:

  • A Financial Services Director is expected to have 10+ years experienceleading and delivering Transformation projects within the Financial Services Sector
  • Previous consulting experience with a strong business development skillset and a proven ability to be a trusted Advisor to Senior Leadership Teams
  • Understanding and practical experience across a broad range of advisory service offerings including Strategy Development, Experience Design, Sales and Service Optimisation, Digital Transformation, Product/Channel Development, Agile and Lean Practice
  • Experience supporting the delivery of technical solutions including digital self-service platforms, CRM / workflow systems, insights and analytics platforms, automation and/or AI
  • Experience in practice management and a passion for people development, coaching and mentoring
  • Agile, Lean and/or Programme Management certifications would be an advantage.

As a Director within our Customer and Digital Team, you will help a range of Clients to transform their product and service offerings and optimise their operations. You will work alongside Business and IT stakeholders, leading the planning, design and implementation of key transformation programmes and advise clients on how to deliver efficiently while maximising the return on investment.

Examples of projects our Customer and Digital Team Lead:

  • Conducting in depth diagnostics to identify opportunities to improve Client Products, Services, Channels and Operations.
  • Defining and delivering Customer Experience and Digital Transformation Strategies.
  • Designing future customer and employee experiences using KPMG's global market leading experience design methodology, tools and accelerators.
  • Helping Clients to deliver best in class Operating Models supported by leading Business and Technology capabilities.
  • Designing and implementing efficient and effective transformation programmes using Agile methodologies.
  • Advising clients on how to utilise emerging technologies such as automation, analytics and artificial intelligence to enhance the customer experience and internal operations.
