Senior Facilities Manager


As a Workspace Ambassador, you will personify our brand s commitment to exceptional service at our Green Park client site. Reporting to the Workspace Lead, this role requires an individual to deliver energetic and attentive service across all floors, effectively setting the atmosphere and ensuring a seamless experience for guests. You will interact daily with customers, employees, and suppliers, maintaining professionalism and efficiency. This position demands a strong team player who is confident in taking initiative and can adapt flexibly in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment, emphasizing superb communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance designated work areas, ensuring a high-quality work environment.
  • Liaise with IT, maintenance, and cleaning for efficient ticket resolution and service delivery.
  • Audit and coordinate floor maintenance, ensuring compliance with standards and minimal work disruption.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and support operational collaboration.
  • Manage meeting room readiness, including AV setup and general orderliness.
  • Oversee supply stock levels and perform regular equipment and space checks.
  • Promote and support technology applications for efficient floor management.
  • Assist in managing subcontracted services, adhering to client guidelines and maintaining high service standards.
  • Handle health and safety reporting, manual tasks, and ensure up-to-date building communications.
  • Support office reconfigurations, provide cross-floor assistance, and fulfill ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Uphold clear desk policy and advocate for core company values.
  • Conduct team reviews, manage training requirements, and enforce safety protocols as a fire marshal.
