Our established client has an opening for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
Bristol based - with option to work remotely approx. 3 days per week (flexibility required as some weeks you will need to be office based more often).

Full time hours - Monday - Friday 08.30 - 5.00 pm with an hour for lunch
Salary - 24,000 - 25,000 per annum (depending on level of experience)

The Role
Working as part of a small, dynamic team, your responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer delivery to clients.
Daily duties will involve:

Liaising with key clients via telephone and email, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, and within an appropriate timeframe

Processing and supporting with orders, liaising with warehouse staff to track orders

Supporting with any delivery issues or service challenges

Keeping clients updated and informed

Managing the Customer Service inbox, ensuring this is cleared on a daily basis
The Person

Previous customer service or office-based experience would be desirable, and we can also consider candidates who have a genuine interest in beginning your career within a highly customer focused role.
It is vital that you are an outstanding communicator, able to cope well with change, love working as part of a team, and able to use your initiative. Good IT skills are also paramount and strong attention to detail is absolutely key!
