About the Role of a Learning Support Assistant:

As a Learning Support Assistant at SENDhelp, you will work alongside experienced educators to support students in their learning journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with classroom activities and providing one-on-one support to students.
• Supporting the teacher in implementing tailored learning plans for students with diverse needs.
• Encouraging a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
• Collaborating with colleagues to create an effective and engaging learning environment.

Requirements for a Learning Support Assistant:

• Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable.
• Friendly demeanour, dedicated team player, and a passion for working with students.
• Ability to manage 1:1 student interactions and handle challenging behaviour effectively.
