Senior People Partner


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior People Partner to join our client's team in Brighton. If you are passionate about driving organisational success through effective people management and have a proven track record in HR, then this is the opportunity you have been waiting for.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop and implement people strategies that align with the overall business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on various HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development
  • Partner with managers to understand their team's needs and provide support in areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyse results, and develop action plans to improve employee satisfaction and retention
  • Lead change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the process
  • Stay abreast of industry best practises and legal requirements to ensure compliance in all HR-related activities
  • Coach and develop the HR team, empowering them to deliver exceptional support and services to their clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and employment law
  • CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Strong People manager with the ability to effectively manage a geographically dispersed team.
  • Experience of TUPE
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organisational objectives
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate through complex situations
