The Sous Chef will be supporting the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen, managing a small team of Chefs. You will be catering for events up to 300 covers per day, so this is a site that requires someone who is used to cooking for high volume at the highest level with a strong knowledge of all the latest food trends, with a special focus on weddings.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation. A strong CDP or Senior CDP would also be considered for this position.
