SEO Lead

An award-winning agency in Altrincham is on the lookout for a talented Senior SEO Executive / SEO Lead. Their clients range from small, local businesses to international companies. This is a hands-on role in which the successful candidate will be involved in supporting the SEO team to deliver great results through razor-sharp strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the wider team and will gain exposure to all three pillars of SEO; Content, Technical, and Digital PR. One day you may be writing content for an e-commerce client, the next you may be building a media list for a B2B business, whilst the next you may be conducting a technical audit for a new client. We want integrity, brains, and attention to detail.

Are you right for the role?

You will have 2-5 years' of solid SEO experience. You will manage client accounts, work with the Head of SEO to set the strategies, align the teams working on the campaigns, and also get stuck in with the content, technical and digital PR tasks. You will likely end up managing 7-8 clients campaigns. There is also an opportunity for you to be involved in pre-sale audits and you will be client-facing.

Skills & Experience

• Ability to work within a team to deliver results that align with client's KPIs
• Strong commercial awareness
• Familiar with common CMS such as Shopify, WordPress, and Magento
• Experience creating and writing well-researched, engaging content
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console
• Proficient in using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Frase and Data Studio
• Understanding of how to report on SEO performance and communicate results with stakeholders
• Able to manage your workflow and prioritise tasks
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams
