Uncapped Commission and Career Progression**** We are growing and are currently seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Bromley office. You will be provided with the training needed to become successful in the recruitment industry. Trainee Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities * Reporting to the Senior Consultant. * We will train you to find candidates in their next role and help clients find the perfect candidate. * This will involve speaking with candidates/clients over the phone, writing adverts, arranging interviews etc. * Update details of existing candidates. * Search internal & external computer database for suitable candidates. * Match candidates to suitable live vacancies. * Source suitable candidates for live vacancies. * Calling/Creating shortlists of candidates for job vacancies. * Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants. * Input data onto a bespoke database to track candidate submission. * Preparing and issuing documentation. Trainee Recruitment Consultant Requirements: * Highly motivated. * Thrive under pressure. * Excellent communication skills.
