Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, South Yorkshire, Sheffield Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £95 - £105 Per day Job Duties: Supporting teachers in implementing lesson plans Assisting with the supervision of students in the classroom and during activities Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties Preparing educational materials and resources Assisting with classroom management and behaviour strategies Required Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Good understanding of the national curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Education: GCSEs in English and Maths Relevant teaching assistant qualification Experience: Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant Experience working with students with special educational needs Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of safeguarding procedures Ability to adapt to different learning styles Strong organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: First Aid certification Additional training in specific areas of special educational needs Working Conditions: Work in a school environment Full-time hours, Monday to Friday Potential for additional training and professional development
