Job Description Booking & Admin Assistant Location: Rivers Hospital, Sawbridgeworth Hours: 37.5 hours per work, Full-time + Hybrid working Salary: Starting salary from £22,700 PA (depending on experience) + Benefits Summary: The Rivers Hospital is one of the leading private hospitals in the UK and being just off the M11, it is easily accessible from London and the Home Counties. The role: We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Bookings Team at Rivers Hospital, based in Sawbridgeworth. As a Bookings Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting all booking enquiries, converting them to appointments for outpatients. You will provide high levels of customer service when handling enquiries and providing quotes to potential Ramsay patients. Keeping detailed and accurate records to ensure all bookings are managed effectively and within an appropriate time scale. This role may involve agile working: providing you with the ability to work at home and within our offices at Rivers Hospital. Duties will include but are not limited to: Handle all enquiries and book appointments, whether by telephone, email and postal promptly and efficiently for outpatients (Private and NHS) Provide detailed information to patient enquiries delivering excellent customer service Develop and maintain good working relationships with all internal departments within Rivers Hospital.
