Senior Quantity Surveyor

A loyal client to Sphere are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (No.2), to commence a new role in Bristol, working under a Commercial Manager / Commercial Lead. This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based across a circa £175M new build Student Accommodation element of the scheme. Your new company are a large global group, operating across multiple sectors and industries. My clients development arm, are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role. Therefore, the ideal individual for the position will have extensive experience within new build and major projects, whilst operating at a similar level / title. A strong Tier 1 background would also be desirable.
