Customer Administrator Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Customer Administrator for our client based in Milton Keynes. Duties: * Driver engagement (de-brief and ad hoc meetings). * Process and manage customer service request logs. * Investigate service failures and action the appropriate corrective action. * Action out of positions and update photos taken by drivers on the system. * Liaise with Workshop, driver, and Operations regarding all defects. * Manage Hazard & Near miss reports to successful resolution. * Action disposal ticket entries. * Tachograph download from vehicle(s). * Vehicle defect reporting. * Driver debrief daily audit. * Driver’s Hours infringements management, * Workshop meeting. * PPE management. * Investigate and reduce vehicle misuse. Pay Rate: £26,000 - £28,000PA Hours: 08.30 – 17.30 Monday to Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch) Please apply for details.
